Dear Sir,
I am requesting to you that My setup box was working since 5 year their is no fault / problems in my set-up box.
Your service engineer visited our place to check setup box. He said your setup box is 5 year old if you wish to replace your setup box with new one (without any remote, adopter & cable), you will pay only rs. 350/- .
I agreed on that if only Rs. 350/- is charge of replacement of my setup box with new one (without any remote, adopter & cable).
But Amount of Rs. 999/- has been deducted directly from my account no:. 1001508223.
I don't understand that How Tata's company can cheat/mis-guide their customer.
I have complained on customer care on 4th June 2013 and also call you local tata sky office.
I have called my time on tata sky customer care, local office and service engineer. My time money is wasting due to wrong information has been provided by your services engineer.
I want my old working tata sky setup box must be returned and my money also be deposited in my tata sky account.
Please ensure that your service engineer must had penalized and let me know what action has been taken against him.
If you will not resolve my problem I will no option to file a case in consumer forum and broadcasting department.
I have yet not received any remedy from tata sky and my details as follows:
